While light up times can be as fast as a week, we generally target a less than 30-day window to install a client’s private wireless broadband connection.A benefit of our wireless network is that we do not have to trench or tear up streets, allowing our deployment to happen quickly. START THE PROCESS
In this initial phase we determine your premise proximity to our closest nodes as well as onboard your goals for better broadband, including your specific industry internet and network demands.
INITIAL DESIGN AND ESTIMATE
Our design center confirms the availability of the requested level of service and provides a system overview that includes the estimated monthly service fee.
If approved, we can move to executing a Service Level Agreement or schedule a site inspection if the complexity of the installation requires it.
SITE INSPECTION
LIVE/WORK NET – Usually not needed and generally done at time of installation.
BUSINESS NET – Most likely needed, particularly in office parks and campus facilities.
ENTERPRISE NET – Expected

INSTALLATION
Installation of exterior and interior equipment is site specific and can take a couple hours or a couple of days. We will devise an installation schedule catered to your specific business requirements.

Your account representative will walk you through your system components and then take you on a test drive, so you can experience the speed and performance of your new RADICAL network.
